Occupying a Jumeirah villa, 11 Woodfire makes live-fire cooking the organising principle of its menu and identity. Meat, seafood and vegetables share a common treatment built around smoke, char and carefully controlled heat.
The Story
Origin
Launched in 2022 through a collaboration between chef Akmal Anuar and Atelier House Hospitality, the restaurant established itself in a converted Jumeirah villa.
Philosophy
A single cooking medium provides coherence to an otherwise internationally oriented menu.

It illustrates the growing international visibility of Dubai's independent, non-hotel restaurant scene.
