A hospitality entrepreneur who has spent two decades creating, investing in and opening hotels, restaurants and beach clubs across international markets.
Murat Bilican is the founder of BIL Enterprises, the London-based group owned by the Bilican family, and the founder of Hospitality Brandbook. Over the past decade he has developed and invested in high-end hotels, Michelin-recognised restaurants, beach clubs, branded residences and experiential travel ventures.
He enabled the creation of B Hospitality, a luxury brand creation platform, and built HBB Nexus OS and HBB Decor, the operating and design tools behind modern hospitality brands.
His belief is simple: the world's best hospitality deserves an independent, trusted reference.

Based in London, Ada shapes the editorial voice of Hospitality Brandbook and leads the group's work in the United Kingdom.
Ada Bilican is Co-Founder of Hospitality Brandbook and Vice President, United Kingdom at BIL Enterprises. From the London headquarters she leads strategic operations, international expansion and brand governance.
As Editor, she curates the stories, cities and selections that appear across the library, with a particular eye for the places that make London one of the great hospitality capitals of the world.
