Fine Dining in Stockholm · Contemporary Nordic with Japanese and French influences

    Photo: Official website · restaurantfrantzen.com

Björn Frantzén's Stockholm flagship combines Nordic ingredients, French technique and Japanese influences in an intimate, multi-floor setting. Open-kitchen proximity and residential comfort soften the formality of an intensely choreographed meal.

    The Story

    Origin

The restaurant began as Frantzén/Lindeberg in 2008. It later became Frantzén and moved to its larger Norrmalm home in 2017.

    Guest Experience

Guests progress between lounge and dining spaces, with close views of the kitchen and detailed interaction with the team.
