The Story
Origin
Opened in 2018 by Supaksorn Jongsiri, Sorn grew from his connection to Southern Thailand and his ambition to present its culinary traditions at the highest level of restaurant service.
Philosophy
Regional identity is the foundation rather than a decorative theme. Ingredients, recipes and relationships with producers give the restaurant its direction.
Why It Matters
Its three-star recognition in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2025, the first for a restaurant in Thailand, marked a major milestone for regional Thai cuisine.
