The Story
Intro
Opened in 2013 by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick, Carbone revived the theatre of the mid-century Italian-American restaurant on Thompson Street. Tableside Caesar salad, spicy rigatoni vodka and veal parmesan are served with ceremony in a room of tiled floors, leather banquettes and studied nostalgia.
