A seafood-led Marylebone restaurant where Greek coastal cooking meets a whole-fish approach. The daily catch display sets the agenda, with raw preparations, charcoal cooking and inventive uses for less familiar cuts.
Founded by Andreas Labridis and executive chef Nikos Roussos, KIMA builds its identity around the Greek seas and a use-all, waste-not philosophy. Its Fin to Gill experience turns a guest-selected fish into several preparations, using bones for broth and treating the head and tail as prized ingredients.
