8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana in Central is chef Umberto Bombana's tribute to Fellini and to Italian cooking at its most refined. It remains the only Italian restaurant outside Italy ever awarded three Michelin stars, and its white truffle seasons are events in themselves.
