The Story
Origin
Opened in 2012, Quinary became a platform for Antonio Lai's exploration of multisensory cocktails and an early standard-bearer for technically ambitious bartending in Hong Kong.
Philosophy
Treat a cocktail as an encounter with all five senses, using technique to change how familiar flavours are perceived.
Why Important
