Where to Eat in Bodrum: The Fine Dining Guide
Bodrum's dining scene has two distinct personalities. One is the traditional Aegean fish table, built on cold meze, the day's catch and long meals by the water. The other is a newer circuit of chef-led hotel restaurants and international brands that has grown around the peninsula's luxury resorts and Yalıkavak's superyacht marina. This guide brings together all ten Bodrum restaurants published in the Hospitality Brandbook library, from Yalıkavak and Göltürkbükü to Bodrum town. They are listed alphabetically, not ranked. Each name opens the full profile, with photography and official links.

Bodrum's dining areas at a glance
Yalıkavak and its marina. The northwest of the peninsula holds Bodrum's greatest concentration of international restaurant brands. Nobu Bodrum, Zuma Bodrum and Nusr-Et Bodrum sit at Yalıkavak Marina, while The Bodrum EDITION on the hillside nearby is home to Kitchen and BRAVA. Choose Yalıkavak for a polished, cosmopolitan evening that can continue late by the water.
Göltürkbükü. On the northern coast, the twin villages of Gölköy and Türkbükü combine sheltered bays with some of the peninsula's best-known hotel dining. Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum on Paradise Bay hosts Hakkasan Bodrum and Lucca by the Sea, and Maçakızı Restaurant carries the history of Türkbükü's most famous address. This is the place to pair a beach day with dinner without changing location.
Bodrum town. The town centre keeps the peninsula's independent and traditional side. Memedof Bodrum represents the classic fish-and-meze table on the marina waterfront, and Orfoz in Kumbahçe shows that some of Bodrum's most personal cooking happens away from the resorts.
Practical tips
Reserve ahead in high summer. July and August are the busiest months, and the marina and hotel restaurants fill quickly, particularly at weekends. Book a few days ahead where possible, and earlier for sunset tables.
Check seasonal opening. Many of Bodrum's leading restaurants, especially the international brands, operate seasonally. Opening and closing dates change from year to year, so confirm directly with the venue before planning a trip around a specific table.
Allow time for the roads. Yalıkavak, Göltürkbükü and Bodrum town sit on different coasts of the peninsula, and winding roads take longer than the map suggests. A pre-booked driver or transfer is the most comfortable option on a summer evening.
Order the meze. At a traditional fish restaurant, the meal begins with a tray of cold meze presented at the table. Choose a few, then ask about the day's fish, which is usually priced by weight.
Dress for the evening. Beach ease by day gives way to a more put-together look at dinner, especially at the hotel and marina restaurants.
