Occupying the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris, Le Grill pairs panoramic Mediterranean views with polished French cooking and a celebrated soufflé tradition. Its retractable roof makes the setting an integral part of one of Monaco’s enduring restaurant experiences.
The Story
Origin
Opened in 1959 on the uppermost floor of the Hôtel de Paris, establishing a rooftop dining destination above Casino Square.
