The Story
Intro
Founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, the Malibu address of Nobu occupies a prized stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway, its dining room and terrace opening directly onto the ocean. Black cod with miso, yellowtail jalapeno and new-style sashimi remain the signatures of the Japanese-Peruvian canon Matsuhisa created.
