Opened in 2007 by Nancy Silverton, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich, Osteria Mozza made the mozzarella bar an American institution. Silverton's pasta and the room's easy Hollywood glamour have kept it at the centre of Los Angeles dining ever since.
