The Story
Origin
Owner and creator Nikiforos Kehayiadakis established Aleria in 2006. Its name refers to the historic Corsican town originally founded by Greeks. Xenakis has led the kitchen since 2012; childhood fishing trips, his mother’s cooking and a small vegetable farm inform his approach.
